We identify spammers using a couple of techniques that we won’t talk about here. If someone is flagged, their subscription is denied and the email address and IP they attempted to use is sent to our servers (if you enable logging). If you are running any comment spam plugins (such as Akismet) Postmatic will work with those as well.
